There are 88 live music shows this Memorial Day weekend. Below we highlight and give a preview of some of our favorites. Let us know who you like.

Friday

Swing Crew - Uptown Friday Nights - Swing Crew is based out of Wisconsin Dells, Wis. in the summer time and Keystone Ski Resort of Colorado in the winter time, but tour all over the country in our trusty Dodge Sprinter.

OSG (Oh So Good) - Iowa City's hot new nine piece soul, R&B and funk band at Cedar Ridge Vineyards SummerFest!

Tauk - The New York based rock fusion group known as Tauk, will perform in Iowa City on Friday, May 25th at Blue Moose Tap House. The band announced recently they will join this year's Bonnaroo lineup. Tauk has scored opening gigs for O.A.R., MOE., Robert Randolph & the Family Band, 311, Tea Leaf Green, been featured on Fuse TV, and earned slots at top festivals like Gathering of the Vibes (alongside Buddy Guy and Bob Weir & RatDog) and upcoming gigs at the The Hangout Festival, Summer Camp Music Fest, Great South Bay Music Fest and Peach Festival with The Allman Brothers.

Saturday

He Is We + Deas Vail + Plug In Stereo + South Jordan - Rachel Taylor and Trevor Kelly both worked at Ted Brown Music together in Tacoma, Washington. Aside from the Tacoma aroma (local joke!), there was something else in the air. Trevor thinks it was destiny… Rachel still thinks it was the aroma.

Heartless Bastards + These United States + Little Legend - The Heartless Bastards' story starts in Dayton, Ohio, where Wennerstrom found the name on a multiple choice video trivia game at a bar.

Sunday

The Fez - KCCK Radio 88.3 "All that Jazz" presents The Fez at Cedar Ridge Vineyards SummerFest!! Fifteen of the region’s finest musicians come together in a Steely Dan tribute!
