Pauly Shore - At age 17, Pauly Shore began writing and performing his own material, creating the persona of “The Weizel.” His initial success on television led to a three movie deal with Disney, beginning with the box-office hit “Encino Man.”

Dondero is best known for his narrative tales of America. Having spent most of his life on the road, Dave uses his staggering lyrical talent to paint tales of life in the US of A through clever word play and sarcastic humor about some of life’s most sensitive subjects.

Family Trip to Brewers/Cubs Game at Miller Ballpark - Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation is offering a family trip to the Brewers/Cubs game at Miller Ballpark in Milwaukee on Thursday, June 7. The motor coach departs at 7:00 a.m. from the Ambroz Center and returns at 10:00 p.m. Shaded, upper deck terrace seats have been reserved for trip participants.

North Liberty Fun Days - Family appreciation night with no alcohol served.

Wine Tasting - The 1st Avenue Wine House will feature wine tasting and grilled pizzas. 10% of all bottle sales will be donated to Foundation 2.

Marion by Moonlight - Lonesome Road - Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a different band each Thursday night in June. Food is available at 6:00 p.m.
