LONE TREE – From seeds planted in 2003, the Camp Euforia Music Festival sprouts one weekend each summer on a farm outside Lone Tree.
Camp Euforia brings a bounty of bands to two outdoor stages, anchored by the founding group, Euforquestra. More than 20 bands will join in, starting at 4 p.m. Friday and playing into the wee hours Sunday morning.
Iowa City-area bands have been the focus of this spirited independent festival, but out-of-towners are in the spotlight, too. Music isn’t the only draw. Concertgoers can get “campy” with tents and RVs and start Saturday with yoga, bluegrass and Bloody Marys.
