Solon Beef Days – The Solon Beef Days event grew out of a 1971 celebration planned and put on by four civic groups in Solon trying to revitalize an “Old Time Celebration”.

Downtown Cedar Rapids Farmers Market – Market vendors and entertainment will be placed along Third and Fourth Avenues, Second, Third and Fifth Streets SE as well as Greene Square Park.
Toby Keith – Toby Keith, a #1 country singer, songwriter and entertainer many times over is bringing out a party to the Great Jones County Fair. His latest album, Clancy’s Tavern, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. That album’s first-week success is fueled by the No. 1 smash “Made In America” and what may be country music’s biggest viral web event ever, “Red Solo Cup.”

Free Movie Series – The Bourne Identity – Come join us for the 2012 Free Movie Series on Saturday nights June 9 – August 11 on the UI Pentacrest. Bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets and choose your own spot on the lawn outside of Macbride Hall under the shade of the beautiful trees!
