Meat Loaf has announced dates for his fall tour, including a stop at the McLeod Center at the University of Northern Iowa, on Sunday, October 21, at 7 p.m.
The concert is one of his many stops across the nation as part of his Mad Mad World Tour in support of his newly released album, “Hell in a Handbasket.”
The singer-songwriter is perhaps best known for such tunes as “Paradise by the Dashboard Light” and “I’d do anything for love (but I won’t do that).”

The performance is supported by The Isle and is in partnership with Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, Maucker Union and UNI Athletics.
Certain groups, including Panther Scholarship Club members, Friends of the Gallagher-Bluedorn and UNI Alumni Association members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets online before the general public, beginning on September 13, at 10 a.m. An email with promotional code to purchase tickets online will be sent to the groups.
