Josh Hartnett has been discharged from a hospital in Los Angeles five days after being admitted with severe stomach pains, which were diagnosed as a gastrointestinal disorder. Hartnett suffered from the same illness when he was performing a play in London late in fall of 2008.
The scary thing for Hartnett and the fans of the Black Hawk Down actor is that doctors haven’t diagnosed the exact cause of the disorder. Though the doctors released him and Hartnett’s fine, the doctors are still analyzing the many tests they took throughout the five days to figure out what exactly plagues the actor.
“He has had a lot of testing,” Susan Patricola, Hartnett’s publicist, tells UsMagazine.com. “They released him, and they are trying to figure out what it might be. He is fine.”
