Last week, Jezebel.com wrote a piece about the sexist culture that surrounds Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. The piece has since gone viral and Jon Stewart even addressed the issue on air.

In another response, The Daily Show‘s female staffers wrote and published a letter today (June 6) that refuted Jezebel’s claims in an expectedly snarky fashion. It basically rebuffs everything the piece claimed and reported on. You can read the entire thing after the jump. Continue reading →
