4th Annual Wine Fest featuring Revelation

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 21, 2024! Wild Rose Casino & Hotel is bringing back one of your favorite events, Wild Rose Wine Fest! This year will feature music by Revelation – A Tribute to Journey and will be held in the Wild Rose Courtyard (weather permitting). Gates will open at 2:00 pm with the show starting around 2:30 pm. This community event is free to the public.

Those in attendance may sample wines from some of the finest wineries around the Eastern Iowa area. Sip a familiar favorite, or be adventurous and try a new one! Winery representatives will be on-site to assist you with your selections, offering product knowledge, and answering any questions to help you select the perfect variety. If you find one that you like, visit our sales tent to purchase a bottle to take home or enjoy at the event! 

There are tribute bands and there are TRIBUTE bands. Revelation - A Tribute to Journey started from the love and respect for the musicians that make up one of the greatest bands out of California, “JOURNEY”. Revelation - A Tribute Journey has played on some of the biggest stages in the Kansas City area and beyond. Opening for “The Little River Band” at Sturgis, playing for both the A.B.A.T.E. Boogie of Indiana and Kansas Bike Festivals, The Rock and Roll Dream Concert at the Sandstone Amphitheater, and headlining on some of the biggest Casino Stages. With dedication and emphasis on detail, “Revelation - A Tribute to Journey” is a band that brings a new meaning and energy to the word “TRIBUTE”.

Feel free to bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks (sorry, no coolers allowed). There will be beverages available for purchase, and local food trucks will be in attendance. If the weather does not cooperate, the event will be moved to our Oakwood Grand Ballroom.
